In this role you will:
- take care of labor administration hire-to-retire
- welcome and onboard new colleagues
- be the main point of contact for employee labor matters
- prepare the monthly payroll data and collaborate with the external payroll provider
- support the leaders in HR matters
- contribute to the development and digitization of HR processes
- do many more important and meaningful HR tasks
What you'll need:
- advanced level education
- fluent written and verbal English and Hungarian language knowledge
- structured thinking
- accuracy
- Hungarian labor law knowledge
- Hungarian labor administration knowledge
- general HR professional knowledge
- minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
- solution- and customer oriented approach
