iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated Data Administrator who wants to work closely with a team of Implementation Consultants to professionally deliver a large multinational project and help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.
All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.
Role Overview
This is a fixed term position for 3 months, with the chance for extension, a great opportunity for someone looking to try a new role/industry or a recent graduate.
Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to get an insight into the world of payroll implementation.
The Implementation Data Administrator role will work closely with the implementation team within iiPay, to deliver a transition project for a large multinational client. The Data Administrator will assist the wider project team in configuring all elements in the iiPay system and the creation of all project documentation where required.
You will need to be able to review and reconcile data using excel, enabling you to load the payroll information into iiPay’s various software solutions accurately and on time.
Key objectives of the role
- Teamwork– You will continually support the project team in the administration of project documentation and support in general implementation work where required.
- Payroll Process– You will assist in the creation of the client within our payroll reporting system.
- System set-up– You will setup all required systems using our data importing tools.
- Data Validation- You will validate the client’s data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Parallel payroll process- You will compare data outputs to ensure system set up is correct and data flows are configured.
- Go-live transition– You will support the Implementation Consultant with ‘Go Live’ readiness.
